Responsibilities

Lead and conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision. Develop and implement novel AI algorithms and models to solve complex real-world problems. Design and execute research experiments, analyze results, and draw meaningful conclusions. Publish research findings in leading AI conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL). Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready AI solutions. Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers. Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI and machine learning. Contribute to the development of the company's intellectual property and patent portfolio. Present research progress and findings to internal teams and external stakeholders. Evaluate and integrate new technologies and methodologies into research projects. Drive innovation and identify new research directions aligned with strategic goals. Foster a collaborative and intellectually stimulating research environment.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 10+ years of post-doctoral research experience in AI/ML, with a strong publication record in top-tier venues. Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, generative models. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong mathematical and statistical foundation. Proven ability to lead research projects from conception to completion. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts. Experience in guiding and mentoring research teams. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fully remote research environment. Familiarity with large-scale data processing and distributed computing is a plus.
