Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and support needs
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
Promote and sell products or services to existing and potential clients
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using data entry skills
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes
Manage cash handling procedures accurately when processing payments
Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Assist in analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for upselling or improving service delivery

Skills

Multilingual abilities are a plus; bilingual candidates fluent in English and other languages are highly desirable
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Excellent customer support and client service capabilities
Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and basic computer skills
Effective outbound calling experience, especially within call center environments
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
Analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify trends or opportunities
Experience in cash handling and typing with high accuracy is preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $30,000.00 - $56,573.34 per year
