What You'll Be Doing

• Shape and deliver distinctive ideas that bring brands to life.
• Develop design concepts, visual identities, campaigns, and storytelling assets that cut through.
• Create polished design work across print, digital, and spatial experiential channels.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and designers to push creative thinking forward.
• Present your concepts confidently to the wider team and clients.
• Stay on top of cultural shifts, creative trends, and new tools to keep ideas fresh and relevant.
• A keen eye for detail, an excellent flair for layout and typography, and a commitment to excellence in every project.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a creative or design agency setting.
• Proven experience working on brand or campaign projects for commercial brand clients.
• Strong communication skills - you can clearly sell an idea and collaborate with ease.
• A solid grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, along with a curiosity for learning new technology.
• Strong conceptual and visual thinking, from mood board to final artwork.
• A passion for crafting thoughtful, beautifully executed design.
• Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
