ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist who thrives on uncovering insights, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable growth. This role focuses heavily on technical SEO, analytics, auditing, and reporting, while collaborating with the broader digital team to ensure our clients' websites perform at the highest level.

The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and proactive—someone who can translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that align with our clients' missions and PufCreativ's commitment to social good.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed technical SEO audits, identifying opportunities for site optimization and performance improvement.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic visibility and engagement.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to align with client goals.
• Track, analyze, and interpret SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, PageSpeed Insights, and Screaming Frog.
• Create comprehensive reports summarizing key findings, results, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the design, development, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns and website builds.
• Stay informed on emerging SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously improve strategies.
• Support the SEO Director and other team members with special projects, audits, and internal process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 2+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical SEO (site architecture, indexing, schema, page speed, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
• Analytical Mindset: Skilled at interpreting data and providing clear, actionable insights.
• Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
• Content Optimization: Understanding of keyword strategy, metadata, and SEO writing best practices.
• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple projects simultaneously.
