About the Role
We are seeking a
Product Manager with strong experience in traditional product owner responsibilities. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including UX/UI, engineering, digital, and marketing-to shape product strategy, gather requirements, and deliver exceptional digital experiences. You will lead story mapping sessions, develop product roadmaps, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product vision and strategies in partnership with leadership and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, leveraging knowledge of IT operations and industry trends.
- Facilitate story mapping sessions and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps.
- Analyze performance metrics to inform product improvements and new feature development.
- Translate high-level requirements into actionable deliverables with Product Owners.
- Occasionally work off-hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or ownership roles, with expertise in Agile methodologies and end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, GTM, Tableau, and qualitative tools.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to assess trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver optimal UX across web and mobile (iOS, Android).
- Deep knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
- Proven track record in launching websites and mobile solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Ecommerce and shopping experience.
- Direct sales experience.
- Payment and credit card integration knowledge (Apple Pay, Google Pay, payment vendors).
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to work with brand ambassadors.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on time in fast-paced environments.
